Wicus Leeuwner is one of South Africa’s renowned nature photographers.
Based in the Overberg, he is an ex-dairy farmer with a camera and a special gift of seeing the world.
His love of nature inspires all his work.
Wicus is a crane conservationist with a passion for
South Africa’s national bird- the Blue Crane.
In celebration of the Overberg, Wicus has taken many photographs which capture the ever changing
pattern of the rolling wheat fields of the Overberg.
The fields vary from bottle green in winter to golden brown in summer,
the colours contrasting sharply with the intense blue of the sky and the stark white of the clouds.
Wicus has joined other well known photographers like JJ van Heerden
in presenting photographic workshops all over the country.
Kina Joubert has been involved in the tourist industry for many years.
She does the marketing of our products to the wholesalers and curio shops.
Kina is a photographer with a passion for nature and portrait photography.
Many of her images have been used on our products.
She has attended local and international photographic courses, presented by renowned photographers like Freeman Patterson, André Gallant and Sally Mason.
